Image Displayer is a simple image viewer that leaves a lot to be desired. It simply doesn't open the most common formats like JPG, JPEG, GIF and BMP. On the website it says it does, but I tried with those formats and it just doesn't. Some of the supported file types are .otb, .p7, .pal, .pbm, .pcd, .pctm, and .picon, among others. I certainly don't know them, but maybe you do. From the "Preferencies" menu, which should be called Preferences, you can associate the program with certain files that you can mark with a cross very easily. From there, you will also be able to set the program to automatically check for updates.
The program is nice, simple, and easy to use, but unfortunately it doesn't offer other editing options and it doesn't open the most common file types. Fortunately, it is completely free, so you can try it and see if it works for you.
In short, Image Displayer is just a simple image viewer which I certainly don't recommend, especially because it lacks important features and there are hundreds of better image viewers out there.
- Nice and easy to use
- Doesn't open the most common file types
